Regarding the economic realm to eradicate the capitalist system:
a) End the global financial architecture that is the basis of capitalism to then
build a new global financial system oriented towards development and the
eradication of poverty and inequality, while respecting the sovereignty of
peoples and their states, eradicating the imposition of neoliberal policies and
models exerted by the IMF and the World Bank, eliminating the dictatorship
of the banks and multinationals.
b) States are economic actors, vigorous producers immersed in economic
plurality, distributing and redistributing the riches to achieve equality.
c) The peoples have the property and inalienable, indivisible, imprescriptible
domain of natural resources, which, in turn, must be administered by
sovereign States impeding the alienation and encroachment of them in favor
of minority groups and transnational companies.
d) Financial and monetary systems of the countries should be controlled and
regulated by strong states, eliminating financial anarchy, exercising robust
regulation and control over monetary and financial flows, stock exchange,
insurance systems, and others; eradicating tax havens in order to protect
the peoples, strengthening equality, producers and small producers in
particular.
e) Commerce should be equitable, strengthening local markets and regions,
promoting fair trade, prioritizing south-south relationships in
complementation with the peoples of the north, breaking commercial
monopolies and edifying integration.
f) Ending foreign debt as a means for political domination and submission to
the States and control of natural resources by transnational corporations.
5. Regarding the political realm, build democratic, participatory and
community systems in which:
a) Politics is the science of serving the people, it is not profit based nor should
it be in benefit of politicians, it is a service, commitment, effort and sacrifice
for the people.
b) Mankind requires anti- capitalist, anti-imperialist, and anti-colonial leaders
devoting their service towards life.
c) Governments should govern obeying the people, recognizing and respecting
economic, social, cultural, political, and legal pluralities of the peoples.
d) Eradicating the oligarchies, monarchies and hierarchies, building
democratic, participatory and communal societies.
