c) Constituting the International Tribunal on Climate Justice and Mother Earth
so that it may act upon the following tasks:
Judge and sanction all responsible states of the climate crisis in the

Judge and sanction all transnational companies that have caused severe
social and environmental damages.
Judge and sanction the States for the infringement of the Rights of
Mother Earth.
2. Regarding the social realm in order to build an egalitarian world:
a) Declare and guarantee health as a human right and guaranteeing the
universal access to it for a healthy life. States should ensure the production
of generic drugs to benefit the health of their peoples by removing patents
and monopoly control of transnational corporations.
b) Guarantee a free, universal, and liberating education, at all levels, to
promote the values of Living Well.
c) Legally institute universal citizenship for all people, welcoming and
supporting people in all countries of the world, guaranteeing their rights and
enabling them to develop their full productive and creative abilities.
d) Defend the universal common heritage: the seas and oceans, water, forests,
ecosystems, biodiversity, atmospheric space, life technologies and
communications for the benefit and development of peoples, avoiding the
commodification of nature, and strengthening the sovereignty of states as
stewards of these common goods; considering that natural resources unite
the peoples of the world;
e) Eradicate inequality and poverty building egalitarian societies.
3. Declare basic services as fundamental Human Rights
a) Guaranteeing basic services as human rights through universal access to
energy, safe drinking water, sanitation, housing, internet,
telecommunications, amongst others.
b) Eradicating the commodification and privatization of basic services.
c) Combating climate change with the provision of water and energy.
